During the 13th and 14th of October, we had a follow-up audit regarding the Quality Management standard (ISO 9001).

Together with our auditor, we discussed recommendations for improvements in the quality of our services.

The main focus of the Audit, according to the Audit plan, was the planning of services and monitoring of their implementation.

The Audit was conducted by interviewing techniques and providing written proof for each statement we had. Everything went smoothly on both days We have received positive feedback from the auditor regarding the certification of the Company and, most importantly, valuable insights and advice regarding quality management.
