We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control professional to join our team. As a Quality Control specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have specialty studies in Economics/QMS, preferably 1 year of experience in a similar position, and possess strong attention to detail, compliance with rules and regulations, and the ability to work with people.

Responsibilities
- Monitor new employees after the training period to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare reports to identify and document non-conformities, involving the relevant teams in finding solutions.
- Process emails received in the assigned directories.
- Handle assigned Quality Control tickets.
- Act as a mediator for error reports, facilitating resolution and improvement.
- Provide timely information within established deadlines and according to the working schedule.

- Identify and propose new communication methods to increase work efficiency.
- Follow professional and disciplinary orders from hierarchical superiors.
