This role combines performance marketing with automation and AI, focusing on efficient scaling and data-driven decision-making. You will manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end and leverage AI tools for optimization, analysis, and continuous testing.
Required Skills
- Experience with Google Ads (mid to advanced level)
- Understanding of automated bidding strategies and Google algorithms
- Experience with Performance Max and eCommerce campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and results-driven approach
- Experience in data interpretation and continuous optimization
- Openness to using AI and automation in marketing
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Monitor and optimize performance using automated bidding and AI-driven strategies
- Analyze KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate
- Use AI tools to generate and test ad variations (copy & assets)
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities using AI-powered tools
- Optimize product feeds and campaign structures for Performance Max
- Monitor tracking and data quality (Google Analytics, GTM, conversions)
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve performance
- Identify patterns and growth opportunities based on data and automated insights
- Collaborate with SEO, CRM, and Content teams for integrated strategies
- Prepare reports and insights using automated dashboards
