The Back Office Support Agent is responsible for managing and investigating orders and packages reported as lost by internal teams or customers. The role involves maintaining clear case records and working efficiently with couriers to resolve these issues.

Required Skills

  • Attention to detail and analytical skills for investigating orders
  • Good communication skills, both with internal teams and with customers and external partners
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of delivery and logistics processes
  • Ability to quickly and accurately update information in the system

Responsibilities

  • Checking and investigating the status of orders and parcels reported as lost
  • Reporting loss cases to couriers and managing supporting documentation
  • Maintaining clear and up-to-date records of reported cases
  • Periodically updating the status of cases based on feedback from customers, colleagues, or couriers
