December has arrived in the Sibiu office with a festive scent. We celebrated with emotion and joy 10 and 15 years of dedication and professionalism alongside our colleagues, Alexandra and Claudiu. It was a special day, full of beautiful moments, where we enjoyed being together, celebrating not just the past years but also the team spirit that unites us. Sharing memories from the years spent together and celebrating our colleagues filled us with both nostalgia and laughter. We wish them many more personal and professional achievements and congratulate them for their hard work.

On this occasion, I also add a few lines and impressions expressed by the celebratory colleagues:

Alexandra Motrescu (Cândea):
“It has been 15 years since I began this professional journey at the company, and looking back, I feel a deep gratitude for my path. When I first started, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. There were no written work instructions, and my first lessons came from my colleagues, to whom I am deeply thankful for their support and patience. They were the ones who guided me and helped me integrate into the team.

These 15 years have passed in the blink of an eye. During this time, I’ve grown professionally and personally, had the chance to work with amazing people, and learned so many things. I’ve been lucky to receive opportunities that allowed me to advance and show what I’m capable of. I know that the journey of learning doesn’t stop here. I know I have much more to discover, and I am ready to continue growing and contributing to the success of the team and the company. This chapter of my career is a testament to passion, hard work, and dedication, and the future motivates me to keep evolving.”

Claudiu Proca:
“If I were to summarize what I’ve learned in these 10 years in a few words, they would be: embrace challenges, never stop learning, and value the people around you.”

DWC FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT – A SHORT JOURNEY WITH BETTER DAYS AHEAD

17 October 2024

Participating in the recent football tournament was a special experience for all of us. Not passing the group stage might not have been the triumph we initially aimed for, but it was a journey filled with memorable moments and valuable lessons.

Our team scored only one hard-fought goal during the tournament, a small feat but a moment of great happiness for us and our supporters. Although our single draw in the games was a roller-coaster of emotions, it highlighted our fighting spirit and the desire to want more, no matter the opponent.

A key highlight was the exceptional performance of our goalkeeper, Gabi Turcu, who made remarkable saves and, afterwards, became a hero on the pitch, scoring our goal.

Despite two of our players, Cosmin and Lucian, competing while nursing injuries, their determination and commitment inspired the entire team throughout the tournament.

Beyond the matches, the tournament was a celebration of camaraderie and sportsmanship. Despite a limited number of training sessions, each player gave their all, and they all flew under the flag:
“Always give your all in everything you do because when you look back, you will know you gave your best with what you had, and you will be so grateful for how far you have come”. Melanie Koulouris.

The organizing committee deserves a special mention for their seamless coordination and hospitality. Every detail, from the accommodations to the smooth schedule of matches, was thoughtfully executed, and we left highly satisfied with the overall event.

In conclusion, the tournament was more than just a series of matches. It was a shared journey filled with laughter, perseverance, and collective growth. Netex Supports Nature

1 April 2024

I nurture a love for nature through the art of planting trees, and I do this every year. Trees conserve energy in the summer and help us save money. Properly planted trees can reduce air conditioning costs by 15 to 30%. Trees reduce the amount of heat reflected from roads, buildings, and sidewalks.

I live in the city of Chișinău, where the air is quite polluted. In recent years, many trees in front of our building on Vasile Lupu Street have been cut down. Every year, I plant with hope and faith that as many trees as possible will take root.

Currently, the environment faces major threats that affect the ecological balance and the quality of life on the planet. I believe that, in addition to their role in mitigating climate change, trees offer numerous ecological benefits. They act as a natural filtration system, improving air quality by capturing pollutants and releasing cleaner, oxygen-rich air.

In urban areas, often affected by pollution, the strategic planting of trees creates healthier environments for communities. I urge all colleagues to participate in tree planting every year, as planting trees results in improved respiratory health, reduced cases of respiratory diseases, and generally increased quality of life. Clean air contributes to increased productivity and reduced healthcare costs, generating a positive impact on communities.

Team Netex at CloudFest 2024

20 March 2024

CloudFest 2024, held from March 19 to 21 at the picturesque Europa Park in Rust, Germany, was an idyllic setting for this landmark event.

Marking two decades of innovation and collaboration, CloudFest 2024 drew in a staggering 11,000 registrants from around the globe, making it one of the largest gatherings in the tech industry calendar.

Unsurprisingly, artificial intelligence (AI) emerged as the dominant topic of conversation this year. Speakers and attendees alike were captivated by the advancements, challenges, and opportunities presented by AI technologies.

Discussions also delved into the intricacies of large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Gemini, highlighting the nuances and challenges associated with their performance across different languages. While LLMs offer immense potential, there is recognition that their efficacy varies across linguistic contexts.

While AI site builders have been touted as revolutionary solutions, the reality often needs to catch up to the hype. It was emphasized that while AI is a valuable tool, it has yet to become a panacea for creating authentic, localized, and effective website presences in diverse global markets.

The escalating costs of training AI models were also discussed, with concerns about the significant computing power and electricity consumption required. As energy prices continue to rise, businesses grapple with the financial implications of AI development and deployment. While participating in a live demonstration featuring a physical server used for training a question-answering system, we discovered that we already use something very similar in Mondo to provide the standard texts for the Romanian language.

Adding an adrenaline-fueled twist to traditional startup pitching, the Silverstar Startup Pitch challenged participants to present their business ideas in just one minute while riding the park’s most exhilarating rollercoaster and hanging on for dear life.

Jürgen Schmidhuber, hailed as the “father of modern AI,” shared his vision of replicating Einstein using AI and offered reassurance about the future collaboration between humans and AI. His optimism and encouragement resonated with attendees, inspiring confidence in the transformative potential of AI.

In a thought-provoking address, Auma Obama reminded the audience that “Africa is not a country”, meaning that Africa is not a monolithic entity but a diverse continent with unique cultures, languages, and challenges.

In summary, CloudFest 2024 was a forum for exploring the latest trends and technologies and a celebration of collaboration and innovation in the ever-evolving landscape of cloud computing and AI.

Netex Presents Mondo at DRW ARAD

At an important DRW meeting held in Arad, we had the privilege of presenting essential information regarding the European Directive 882/2019, which focuses on combating discrimination against people with disabilities.

24 YEARS OF NETEX, 24 YEARS OF PROVIDING EXCELLENCE

26 January 2024

As you already know, 26 January was the day we celebrated 24 years since we began our journey. On this occasion, we decided to celebrate our 16 colleagues who have been with us daily for 10 and 20 years.

Ten of them have been part of our team for ten years. Among them was Larisa Ababi from Chisinau, who accepted our proposal to come to Timisoara and celebrate her ten years of activity in the company together with us.

In the following pages, you can find the statements of some of our colleagues who will share their experiences over the years. So, the celebration was double, and we enjoyed a presentation, and we sweetened up with a slice of cake in honour of the company and those who celebrated.

For everyone, it was a special day when we disconnected from the routine of the work environment, we communicated, we had a good time, and, most importantly, we relaxed so that we can move forward with new positive energy to achieve our goals in our 24th year of existence.

Happy birthday, Netex! Happy birthday to all colleagues celebrated!

We look forward to celebrating together next year!

AT NETEX FOR OVER A DECADE

1 December 2023

Nowadays, it is increasingly rare for employees to work for the same company for more than a decade. Over such a period, one knows how the company thinks, knows the internal network, and has gained much experience, but has also experienced ups and downs.

Some of our colleagues from Novi Sad are also celebrating their work anniversary this year, and a special program will be dedicated to them as part of the Christmas party.

We were curious to find out where they stood with their thoughts and feelings after ten years, and we interviewed some of them. It is an honour for us to introduce 5 of our long-standing colleagues to you, although they are not unknown to most Netex employees:

IVANA KIROV has been with Netex since September 2009, starting as a Bulgarian agent, then was office chief in Novi Sad for less than 6 years and, due to circumstances, returned to the Eastern Europe department for the Bulgarian market. She says: “It seems unreal to me how quickly all these years have passed. At Netex, I met wonderful people and friends who will stay with me for the rest of my life. Unfortunately, I left Novi Sad due to circumstances, but the city and all these people remain in my heart.” She doesn’t like to praise herself, but anyone who knows her knows what she is like. Her motto is: “Be who you are!” Just good vibes. That’s what she recommends and wishes for other colleagues.

MARIJA EGIC has been with Netex for 14 years and has mainly worked with Pro Client customers (Gourmondo, Video Ident). She works in the logistics department but often participates in Pro Client projects. She says: “There have been many challenges and opportunities to learn and improve, but I am proud that I have persevered. Without good colleagues’ help, encouragement, and cooperation, most of this would not have been possible, and I thank them for that.” She doesn’t like to talk about her personal life, but she told us that dancing is her great passion and she enjoys it very much. “In life, I guide myself by always working hard and being dedicated, but I also try to take care of my family, my marriage, and my friends because life is only worthwhile when you share it with the people you love and enjoy the gift of life you’ve been given. What guides me in life is what I would also recommend to my colleagues.”

MARKO TELEČKI told us, “I have been with the company for ten years as a member of the East Europe Department. I am still a part of the East Europe department and currently hold the position of Team Leader. I value the experiences and relationships built during this time. Spending substantial time with challenges has allowed me to grow personally and professionally. I’ve had the privilege of working with many hardworking colleagues, contributing to the company’s success, and witnessing its growth. The greatest thing for me has been the exceptional individuals I’ve had the pleasure of meeting over the years.” He also reveals that one of his hobbies that he loves is cooking. This is how he expresses his creativity and finds a place to be happy. He loves experimenting with different ingredients and recipes, and the best part is sharing the results with friends and family. Another interest of his is travelling, which brings him great joy, refreshes him, and gives him new energy. His life motto is “Skip the comparisons. Stay true to yourself; that’s where your strength and inner stability lie. Focus on your path and wishes”, and his advice for his other colleagues is: “Know yourself to navigate life and work peacefully, and after you figure yourself out, live accordingly.”

ISO 9001 RECERTIFICATION AUDIT

29 September 2023

Between the 27th and 29th of September, we had the recertification audit for Timisoara and Novi Sad regarding the Quality Management standard (ISO 9001).

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). When a company achieves ISO 9001 certification, it means that the company has established and maintains an effective quality management system (QMS) based on the ISO 9001 standard’s requirements.

Here’s what ISO 9001 certification signifies for a company:

– ISO 9001 certification demonstrates a company’s commitment to delivering high-quality products or services to its customers. It signifies that the company has consistently defined quality objectives and processes to meet customer requirements. To obtain certification, a company must establish and document efficient processes. This often leads to improved internal efficiency and effectiveness as processes are streamlined and optimized.

– ISO 9001 emphasizes customer satisfaction. Certified companies focus on understanding customer needs and meeting customer expectations, which can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

– ISO 9001 encourages companies to identify and mitigate risks that could affect the quality of their products or services. This proactive approach to risk management can prevent issues before they escalate.

– ISO 9001 promotes a culture of continuous improvement. Certified companies regularly assess their processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. This ongoing improvement cycle improves products, services, and customer satisfaction.

In summary, ISO 9001 certification signifies that a company is dedicated to delivering quality, managing risks, satisfying customers, complying with regulations, and continuously improving its processes. It is a mark of excellence that can positively impact a company’s operations and reputation.

Our company’s audit was carried out through interviews and documented evidence for each statement made. The auditor provided positive feedback about the company’s certification process. More importantly, we gained valuable insights and advice.

We extend our gratitude to all those who contributed and invite everyone to share their suggestions for process improvement with us at iso@netex.ro. Your input will help us enhance the quality of the services we provide.

MONDO OMNICHANNEL – 1ST STEP INTO THE FUTURE

01 September 2023

Netex is proud to announce that we’ve started to pivot from a service provider company to a software SaaS provider.

What is a software SaaS provider, most of you would ask? Software as a service (SaaS) is a software distribution model in which a cloud provider hosts applications and makes them available to end users over the internet.

Do you remember this definition: “Mondo is an omnichannel platform for customer support that integrates multiple channels into one interface.”? (Mondo Manual)

Our programmers have worked on developing Mondo for the past two years, and we can say that the development is complete. Our Customer Care agents interact with several customers simultaneously via Webchat, Facebook, WhatsApp, Voice, and emails.

Mondo can be customized fast for any Netex customer by adding the client, business, channels/queues, and agents (Netex agents or customers). Standard texts and messages can be implemented for fast interaction, and a ticketing system for a fast track of problematic cases can be added. Even a state-of-the-art IVR can be personalized based on customer specifications to help when the agents are unavailable. Oh, and guess what? We can do all of the above in many languages!

Every customer can monitor its agents in Mondo (listen to calls, read chat or email interactions) and generate all types of reports. The amazing news is that everything mentioned above functions in a single application that can be accessed from any browser with a username and password.

Given the above, we are ready to take Mondo into the world and attract more customers. Between 13 and 16 November 2023, Netex will be at the Web Summit in Lisbon, Portugal. What is Web Summit? “A company from Dublin, Ireland, that holds events worldwide: Web Summit in Lisbon, Web Summit Rio in Rio de Janeiro, Web Summit Qatar in Doha, Collision in Toronto, and RISE in Hong Kong.” It is said to be “the world’s premier tech conference”. On 22nd February 2024, we will be at E-commerce Berlin.

Between 26 and 29 February 2024, we will be at CCW 2024, the 25th International Conference & Trade Show for Innovative Customer Dialogue. The CCW Conference & Trade Show brings together ground-breaking technology, prominent thought leaders, and experienced practitioners for you, live in Berlin and digitally online worldwide. Seize this great opportunity to meet the who’s who of the industry at the CCW Conference & Trade Show, discuss new trends, and revisit old solutions from a new perspective.

Good luck to the ones attending the fairs; we look forward to the feedback you will receive on Mondo!

TIMISOARA VS NOVI SAD – FOOTBALL EDITION

20 May 2023

After training in friendly local football matches three times, three weeks in a row, the spectacular Timișoara football team was ready to take on the champions: the Novi Sad football team.

So, with excitement, on a Saturday morning, the Timișoara team met at the office and headed towards Serbia to win what they thought was theirs: the title for the Best NETEX football team, Timișoara vs Novi Sad.

We are 30 minutes into the game. Marko Jaksic from Novi Sad recalls: “2 red cards for Gabriel Turcu, one yellow card for Lucian, and one yellow card for Victor”. The current score was 5:1 for Novi Sad. Timișoara started on the wrong foot, but there was still time to improve and recover.

90 minutes, and the whistle was blown. Again, Marko Jaksic recalls: “Timișoara team won just like a diesel motor: slow at the start but going hard at the finish”. Final score: 10:7 for Timișoara. An unexpected turn of events!

Some people suspect that the arrival of pizza at 70 minutes was the reason for the Novi Sad team to deconcentrate. We’ll never know the truth, but we know that they all enjoyed the well-deserved lunch and a good Serbian beer at the end of the match. A participant who would like to remain anonymous comments: “Yeah, it was fun, everyone played well, respected each other and all that, but I hope that next time there will be some girls participating as well!”

Considering everything, this activity was really fun, and everyone enjoyed it. We need to be prepared for the DWC Football Competition in September, so it was also an opportunity to see the best players out of the two teams.

More trips like this one will happen shortly to find the best NETEX football players, so if you hear something about it in your office, I encourage you to participate!

See you in the next city!

In conclusion, CloudFest 2023 was a unique and unforgettable experience that brought together the best technology, innovation, entertainment, and adventure. It provided a valuable opportunity to learn, connect, and have fun, highlighting the importance of collaboration, creativity, and sustainability in the digital age. STUDENT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AT NETEX IN COLLABORATION WITH UNIVERSITY OF NIS

28 February 2023

I’d like to share my impressions of the trip to the city of Nis in Southern Serbia. The trip took place at the end of February and was due to a presentation of the student internship program that Netex had in collaboration with the University of Nis.

The presentation marked the last step of the extensive collaboration between Netex and the university, initiated by a Netex employee, Daniela Randjelovic. The collaboration aimed to provide students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in their field of study and to establish a relationship between the university and Netex. This, in return, would position Netex as a reliable potential employer.

Netex is strongly committed to education and invests in developing young professionals. As a result, Netex developed a student internship program that aims to provide students with practical experience in their field of study. The program is designed to help students gain valuable experience that will prepare them for the workforce. The program is created as a hybrid between translation practice and an internship in digital marketing and will be fully carried out by the Netex Marketing department.

Daniela Randjelovic initiated the collaboration with the University of Nis. She contacted Ivan Jovanovic, a professor of the French language at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Nis. The initial contacts started in 2022. After Randjelovic, other people got involved and travelled to Nis to plan out details of future cooperation and further company promotion. The people who took part were Marija Marusic, HR; Katarina Ostojic, a psychologist; and Kristina Jovanovic, CEO. They organized a couple of workshops on writing a CV and how to act in a job interview. Additionally, they participated in a job fair organized by the faculty.

The student internship program allowed students to gain practical experience in their field of study and digital marketing. The program was open to students of Master studies, senior students, and first-year students at the University of Nis. Students were required to have a strong academic record and to demonstrate a genuine interest in their chosen field. The program allowed students to work on real projects, learn from experienced professionals, and gain valuable experience that would prepare them for the workforce.

The presentation of the student internship program took place on February 28th and marked the last step of the collaboration between Netex and the University of Nis. Zoran Jozic, Head of Marketing, delivered it. The presentation was well attended, with students, professors, and representatives from Netex in attendance. The presentation included an overview of the collaboration between Netex and the University of Nis, the student internship program, the responsibilities of the participants, and the benefits of attending the program.

In conclusion, the collaboration between Netex and the University of Nis was a success. The student internship program provided students with valuable experience and helped to establish a relationship between the university and Netex. Netex remains committed to education and looks forward to continuing to work with the University of Nis to provide students with valuable experiences that will prepare them for the workforce.

After the presentation, there was an informal meeting between Ivan Jovanovic and Jasmina Djordjevic, professors at the University of Nis, and Marija Marusic and Zoran Jozic as Netex representatives. In cordial communication, it was agreed that the presentation was successful and will be a cornerstone of future collaboration between the two parties in the coming years.

SKUNKWORKS TEAMBUILDING AT BERLIN

23 February 2023

The team-building event we had in Berlin with the colleagues from the Javashops team was a wonderful experience. We had the chance to meet colleagues from Germany and Delticom and spend time together in Berlin. We attended the E-commerce Berlin Expo conference and watched interesting presentations from retail brands and tech companies.

The presentation from Meta about the metaverse impressed me particularly. Although it’s quite a complex subject, I understood the presentation very well and was excited to learn more about this technology. Also, the presentation from Allegro helped me better understand how the sales process works on this platform, opening new perspectives for me regarding this marketplace.

The last presentation was about Google Analytics 4, where I had the chance to clarify some of my interests. This presentation was very useful, and I learned a lot of new things.

In conclusion, the team-building event we had in Berlin with the colleagues from the Javashops team was a wonderful experience. I was delighted to meet my colleagues, to spend time together in Berlin, and to have this pleasant experience at the E-commerce Berlin Expo. The presentations were interesting, and their information was very useful. I hope we can participate in such events in the future.

THE MAINTANANCE OF ISO 27001:2013 CERTIFICATION

17 January 2023

On January 16th and 17th, we had an external audit of our information security practices. The audit was held remotely. For two days, external auditors checked the compliance of our processes with the legal and standard requirements. We have passed the audit without major non-conformities. However, we have been advised to improve the system even further with recommendations from the auditors.

Our certificate has been prolonged for one more year.

Since maintenance of the information security management system is a continuous process, next year we will have a recertifying audit, when our processes are examined in depth to prove that the important information we are dealing with is well protected.

An information security management system is a set of policies, procedures, processes, and IT systems that manage information security risks, such as cyber-attacks, hacks, data leaks, or theft. By certifying to ISO 27001 and passing the audits conducted by external experts, we are proving that we put the best information security management practices in place.

By following the practices in place, we can adequately respond to incidents, avoid financial losses associated with data breaches, and comply with business, legal, and contractual requirements. Besides protecting important information, the benefits of being ISO 27001 certified are that we can protect and enhance our market reputation, improve relations with existing clients, improve our competitiveness in the market, and win new clients.

10, 15, AND 20 YEARS OF NETEX

December 10th 2022

We are delighted to announce that some of our employees at Netex have reached important milestone anniversaries in the organization. Our colleagues have dedicated 10, 15, and 20 years of their careers to Netex and deserve to be celebrated for their exceptional work and dedication to the organization.

These milestone anniversaries are a special occasion for us to thank our colleagues for all their efforts and contributions to Netex’s success. They have been a key part of helping us achieve our goals and build a strong, successful organization.

We wish our colleagues the best for the years to come and hope to see them continue to be a part of our team for a long time. Thank you for everything you have done, and we are grateful for your dedication to Netex.

NEW ADVENTURES WITH THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

July 31st 2022

Team building improves the work group’s efficiency and performance through various activities. They involve a lot of skills, analysis, and observation to form a solid and capable team.

The management team building took place on 29–31.07.2022, and 25 brave colleagues joined it :-).

On Friday, 29th of July, we met at the hotel Pensiunea Retezat. We had accommodation and lunch, and during the afternoon, we proved our adventurous skills in Adventure Park. There were three difficulty levels, and each colleague could choose one. During the evening, we shared impressions and enjoyed the time spent together around a campfire.

Saturday’s main activity was hiking. Some colleagues enjoyed it, but others found it very difficult. The important thing was that we did this activity as a team. We helped each other. We encouraged those who said that they couldn’t do it to the end, and we enjoyed the lovely view of being surrounded by the mountains. After hiking, we had time to rest at the swimming pool.

2022 – the year of reunions

June 07, 2022

This year brought the joy of spending time together in team building. The Netex departments met, giving colleagues the opportunity to get to know each other and create beautiful memories.
The term team building derives from the word “team.” It brings people together by encouraging collaboration and teamwork. Its purpose is to create a team that works together effectively for a common goal by forming bonds and connections. A united team ensures productivity and a good work environment. A successful team building involves the participants in a world of play, development, and getting to know the person next to you.
Activities such as rafting, paintball, biking, pottery, escape room, and archery represented exercises through which each of us was taken out of our comfort zone and learned something new about ourselves, but also how vital communication and trust in your teammate are. We are eagerly waiting for the next session of team buildings!

2022 and the emotions of a fresh start

March 10, 2022

The year 2022 has come with the emotions of a fresh start. In February and March, we set up two offices – in Oradea (Romania) and in Kragujevac (Serbia). Every office we open brings with it emotions and a lot of work, involvement from our colleagues. It’s not easy, but when you get to the point where you look back at what you’ve accomplished and you see the team that has come together because of your work, you feel satisfied.
On this occasion, we would like to thank our colleagues for their efforts and wish them every success in their careers with Netex.

22 years and over 700 changed destinies

January 26, 2022

Some time ago we said that the first 20 years were the hardest. The truth is that once you reach the limit of 20, you start flying smoother. Everything is simpler, because you have a vast experience behind you and a ready-formed team.

Netex turned 22 on Wednesday, January 26th. We celebrated 2 years of age (the European at 18 and the American at 21) and 1 bonus year. This last year was a culmination of hard work, of team effort.
During all this time, more than 700 people have joined us in their desire to grow professionally and learn new things. For each of them we tried to create a climate conducive to professional development, because here we learn from each other, laugh and grow together.

Thank you all for the 22 years, to which we wish to be able to add at least that much more! Happy Birthday, Netex people!

Celebrating the colleagues who are part of the team for 10 and 15 years

May 24, 2021
From the beginning of the year until now, we have organized a small event in the offices from Timisoara, Sibiu, Cluj and Resita. The purpose of this event was celebrating the colleagues that are part of Netex team for 10 and 15 years. They told us how it was their first day in our company and shared with us their professional evolution during this time.

We would like to thank them for all the years spent with us. Good luck in your future endeavors!

This year, our company turns 21 years of existence. 21 years in which each employee showed ambition, dedication, a lot of work and last but not least continuous professional growth. There were 21 beautiful years  in which we grew and we managed to overcome together all the critical moments.

And we will not stop here. We have a lot of plans for the future so… we are confident that we will reach our goals.

Celebrating 20 years in business!

January 26, 2020

A saying goes that the first 20 years of business are the hardest … Is that so?

The year 2020 is a special one for the Netex Group. Wondering why? Well, 20 years ago, in Resita, Netex was founded and started its activity with only 3 employees. Today, after 2 decades, more than 600 colleagues joined forces with the first 3. They are working in 23 offices from Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Moldova, Bosnia, Belarus, and Georgia.

Looking back, the first 20 years are really the hardest… but without them, how would we have become what we are today?

Thanks to all those who have supported the Netex Group over the past 20 years!

Our forecast for the next 20 years: The best is yet to come!
