Details
We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Agent to support our Transport Loss operations. This is an execution-level position focused on processing documentation, monitoring deliveries, and supporting loss prevention activities. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure accurate recording and follow-up of transport incidents.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience working with transport companies in an operational capacity
- Experience with transport documentation (waybills, delivery notes, PODs)
- Ability to follow procedures accurately and consistently
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in document handling
- English language skills sufficient for written communication
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
- Organizational skills with ability to manage workflow
Responsibilities
- Process and verify delivery documentation from transport companies
- Register transport incidents in the tracking system according to established procedures
- Perform routine checks on delivery confirmations and supporting documents
- Identify documentation discrepancies and flag them for review
- Maintain organized records of transport cases and communications
- Complete assigned tasks within processing timelines
- Support data entry and basic reporting activities
- Follow standardized procedures for incident documentation
- Communicate with transport companies regarding missing paperwork
- Escalate complex cases to designated team members
